An HR Generalist is responsible for creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines. As a generalist, this position reports to HR supervisor and performs activities in the multiple HR functional areas, including recruitment/employment, employee engagement surveys, training, onboarding and development. ● Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. ● Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives. ● Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. ● Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. ● Undertake tasks around performance management. ● Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics. Requirements ● BS/A in related fields, preferably Human Resources Management. ● Good communicator. ● Willingness to create and build. ● Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach. ● Ability to take responsibility and pursue tasks. ● 1 years of work experience as HR Generalist. ● Organized mind. ● Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making. ● Fast learner and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic environment
